Not that I needed to be more geeked up for this film, which will open December 17th, and will be in 3D and 3D IMAX. Disney has released a new wallpaper for TRON, featuring Daft Punk, as they have composed and produced the score for the film. Its quite a stunning image, although it still wont replace the Light Cycle wallpaper I currently have up.
The wallpapers section is up, with stuff from here and there, I will be adding more at random so if you need a change of scenery stop by and browse the sections. I collect stuff from where ever I find it, but I do have a few primary sources listed below. The sizes of images are varied and some images have two sizes available to fit different display sizes, they are noted in the file name. I will be adding the size to the rollover at a modest pace.
Digital Blasphemy is a great site for created wallpapers, you will see I have collected many from them some from promo disks that came with my Maximum PC magazine, and others from the free portion of their site. I have their widget installed on my iGoogle home page so I see when they post things to the free page.
There are nature pictures from National Geographic’s picture of the day widget also on my iGoogle home page.
The great shots of space are mostly from Nasa picture of the day. Those can be very large resolutions.
